Plus, you'll never be charged for any hidden fees, just your rate plus tax & cleaning, what else could there possibly be?
Low Season (4/16 - 6/15 & 9/16 - 12/14):
Daily rate: $ 175, 3 day minimum
Monthly rate: $4,200
High Season (12/15 - 4/15 & 6/16 - 9/15):
Daily rate: $ 195, 3 day minimum
Monthly rate: $4,680
All rates are subject to tax and cleaning charge.
